- Prices and Payment
The prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged (where it is not expressed to be included in the offer price) and any such delivery charges will be clearly shown and included in the total cost of your order. The Contact Lenses Online cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion - and we draw your attention to our notice concerning valid prescriptions.
- Cancellation
You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before, and up to 7 working days beginning with the day after you receive your goods, but you must notify us in writing by this time by means of post, fax or email at the respective addresses as detailed in the 'Contact Us' page on this website. We will process your order for despatch to you within two working days of receiving it (subject to stock availability). If you decide that you wish to cancel prior to receiving the goods, we will endeavour to prevent the goods being despatched. If we are unable to do this you will then have to return them to us. Please refer to the appropriate section below which deals with this procedure.
- Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must return to us any goods that have already been supplied to you in its original packaging and unopened. If you believe the goods to be faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return (provided that the means of return is agreed by us) and we will replace or exchange any such goods or we will refund you what you have been paid, including carriage costs. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights. We exclude liability to the full extent that is permitted under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms In Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 for any loss of profits, inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods.
- General
We will not be liable to you where we are unable to fulfil any of our obligations to you as a result of any circumstance or cause beyond our control. Any part of these terms and conditions found to be unenforceable as a matter of law (or for any other legitimate reason) shall not prejudice the enforceability of all other terms and conditions which will not be affected and remain in full force.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law and the Polish Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
- Product Availability
If any of the goods you order are not available to be delivered within our normal delivery timescale, for whatever reason, we will inform you of the position by e-mail or by telephone and if you wish, we will cancel your order and refund you anything that you have paid to us.
- Refunds
Refunds will be made by re-crediting the payment card account from which the money was originally debited, or if you paid by cheque, by crediting the local branch of your Bank with the equivalent amount. All refunds will be made within 28 days of the cancellation of your order, for whatever reason (subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions relating to the return of goods).

Contact Lenses Online respects your privacy. We will not give any information you provide to anyone else and we do not sell, rent, loan or otherwise part with it unless you consent to us doing so.
